For those of you have been waiting, the Fortissima 1776 arrived today. Patriotic stars and stripes sock yarn. Wonderful bold colors.

Warm Up America - A group is forming for the purpose of providing afghans, hats, mittens, scarves, and prayer shawls for less fortunate members of our community. (Including victims of recent local flooding.) If you would like to join in knitting, crocheting, or donating yarn, call for more information.

I finished a new shop model of the Charlottes Easy Lace Shawl in Yummy. It works up sooooo fast!

I'm knitting a sock for each brand of sock yarn we carry, so that everyone can compare and judge what the yarns feel like after they have been knitted and washed. Check my progress hanging in the classroom.

We now have the famous Handitools that are so nice to tuck into your project bags. Lots of new sock yarns have come in since I returned from Market. More shades of Yummy, Cascade Heritage Handpaints, Trekking XXL, Fortissima Mexico, Teddy, and Paton's Stretch Socks. I've also started carrying Cascade's Cotton Rich DK. New patterns and books, too numerous to list here. You'll just have to come in and see for yourself!

Just a reminder we will be CLOSED Friday, July 4th and Saturday July 5th for painting. Have a nice holiday weekend!

The Fibra Natura Yummy has arrived. It is well named! It started flying out of the shop before I could even get a display set up.

It's been and incredibly busy winter!
The spring class schedule has been posted on the Classes page.
I've expanded the number of colors in many of the yarns.
I've added new sock yarns. Universal Yarns Pace Step and Yummy.
Rozetti's Frigya DK is a nice new yarn for summer sweaters and baby projects.
Metal double point needles for socks are in.
Lots of new shop models. Check out my Rambling Rows Baby Afghan and Cash Vero DK Streaming Leaf Lace Scarf!
